Model selection
AKS800 sizing starts with the operating point
SEKO Tekna AKS800 may be considered when the calculated dosing flow and actual discharge pressure fit the manufacturer-approved performance curve. The published 7–18 l/h and up-to-16 bar envelope is a size range, not confirmation that every flow is available at every pressure.
It may be reviewed for chemical injection into moderate- or higher-pressure water-treatment lines, including defined RO conditioning duties, when the required operating point is verified against the approved curve.

Selection limit: Maximum flow and maximum pressure values must not be combined without checking the approved curve. Chemical compatibility and installation conditions can also change the suitable configuration.

- Actual required flow at normal and peak operation
- Maximum line and injection-valve backpressure
- Performance curve at the selected pressure
- Relief, multifunction-valve and pulsation-control needs
- Power supply, enclosure and installation environment
When not suitable
Use a different configuration when the duty falls outside the envelope
Do not assume AKS800 delivers 18 l/h at 16 bar. Reject the selection if the verified curve, liquid-end materials, control method or installation arrangement does not match the project duty.
A proportional control signal, degassing head, hazardous-area approval, redundancy requirement or unusually viscous or gas-forming chemical may point to another pump configuration even when nominal flow and pressure appear acceptable.

Provide the destination country plus the chemical and concentration, required flow, required discharge pressure, dosing application and quantity. Include the control method and injection-point conditions in the application description.
